I had Mirena almost 5 years ago. Kept it in for 2 and then had it removed. I stayed off of birth control for almost a year and then went back onto the pill. I then quit the pill in October after my husband and I decided we wanted to try for another child (I have one already and he has two from our previous marriages. All three boys!). I have not been able to have a positive pregnancy test. Is it normal to have this much trouble after coming off of birth control?
