I have been TTC now since about December time. I was on the contraceptive pill for a long time around 7 years. I have gone straight back into my AF rhythm but I am still not pregnant :( should I be worried about how long it is taking?

Healthy couples will conceive within a year after coming off birth control. I know it seems like you've been trying for a while but it hasn't been that long. Just relax and breath. Stressing about it won't help you get pregnant. I got pregnant 7 months after coming off BC.

Impatience is not a fertility issue. It can take a healthy couple 6-12 months on average to conceive. Please give it some more time.
