TTC After Stillbirth

Ashley • Astrophysicist TTC @ 33. Oliver & Alessa born/passed Sept 2008. Emma born Aug 2010. James stillborn Jan 2015. Sarah born Jan 2017.
We are TTC after still birth at 34 weeks. We were just given the go-ahead yesterday. The loss was due to a full silent placental abruption, with a fist-sized clot inside the placenta rather than behind it. There were also 2 clots in the cord. 2 weeks later, I had 6 simultaneous bilateral pulmonary embolisms, which came very close to killing me. I'm seeing multiple hematologists at the cancer center. They know I have a clotting disorder, but haven't found it yet. They suspect a very rare disorder. I'm on Xarelto until I become pregnant (which will be hard with my crazy cycles), then switching to Lovenox. Anyone in the same boat? These are my ovulation tests from the last two days (today's on the bottom). Thoughts?
