So the other day I noticed some reddish oval spots in my boyfriend's groin area, there's a few of them scattered maybe 4 or 5 in the pelvis area, he says they dont itch, and the ovals have borders if that makes sense? What could it be? I was thinking maybe jock itch but I'm not too sure and a little paranoid, just flat red ovals
