Bumps Around my Anus

It has been recently where there has been bumps around my anus and butt crack. There's like 6 of them around that area but not on my anus. I'm scared I've done anal before in January, but they never appeared until I attempted again three weeks ago. I'm so scared that they might be warts, but they just look like extra skin. Sometimes my butt is itchy and when I wipe it bleeds, but that always had happened. Someone please help?!
