I'm a bit worried...well ALOT😥

I have not received my Medicaid yet and I am 7 weeks going on 8 and there's days i feel perfectly fine usually i'm nauseous and fatigued. I just get worried when im not getting the symptoms i suppose to should i be worried??? And my first check up is next week...😞
