Dreams of being pregnant.....anyone else?

Now, I've had dreams that I had a child that's living, but for the first time, last night, I dreamt that my husband and I went to our Dr. and he told us that the test was positive. Then I was at work with the test and a co worker confirmed that it sure did look positive and I was trying to decide if I should tell my bosses yet. (I work in a jail and when I do get pregnant it's imperative for me to be separated from the inmates during pregnancy.)
