Needing support

Just had surgery this morning and found out I'm in the begging stages of endometriosis and I'm just very upset about it .. Ik it's not a sentence to complete infertility but it still hurts knowing at 24 when I want more kids I can't just get pregnant .. And the pain I wake up with every morning sucks .. Gotta not let it change my life, I refuse it.. Just wish I could catch a break from all these bad things happening to me in the last 3 months .. I'm ready for good news :(
