Elongated inner labia

Am I the only one that has an inner labia that hangs outward all the time? I've had it since I was 11, now 22 and I just don't know any one else who has this. There is also a huge misconception by some who think it has something to do with a woman being promiscuous or "loose" but it isn't. Any insight?
