Is there ever too many prenatals u can take?

I have been taking 2 vitamins a day thinking I could increase my chances of pregnancy. ..is this harmful or ok ?? I'm anemic so I thought it would help

Taking prenatals will not increase your chances of getting pregnant. They provide the right vitamins needed for a growing baby and you should definitely keep taking them. But they won't help you get pregnant any faster than not taking them. And you can take too many especially if they have iron in them. I would consult your doctor and find out what they think is best.
