just curious....

has anyone noticed a connection between "morning sickness" and taking your prenatals on an empty stomach? I just made 6 weeks 2 days and yesterday was the first day that I threw up. I took my prenatals on an empty stomach like I've been doing the entire pregnancy, with no problem before. today I made sure I ate breakfast before taking them and got semi nauseous but nothing nearly as bad as yesterday!
