First Ultra Sound-measured really small

My last missed period was 3/19, based on that thought I would be 6wks 6days, measuring about 4 weeks 5 days. So I'm either really early in the pregnancy or baby isn't developing. Just went and had my blood work done, hoping they HCG levels are increased. Hoping I'm just really early. 😕
