I'm nervous cause I have taken two pregnancy tests and they both said positive! 5 weeks and 6 days, So excited but I am having really bad cramps and I have been bleeding sense last night and still am right now, it's not spotting, it feels like a regular period. I'm scared that it could be a misscarrage, can anyone tell me if they have the same problem and if it's normal and nothing to worry about
