So I'm a big fan of tea I love drinking tea I am 1 week and 6 days pregnant is it okay if I drink this kind of tea is caffeine free

Only thing in tea I stay away from is blackberry leaves (think they can cause labour if you drink enough) and hibiscus which I think can cause a miscarriage my OB said.

Be careful of teas with artificial sugars, I learned this mistake when I was pregnant with my son, if you're not a diabetic it can cause fainting spells due to your body trying to process sugars that aren't real sugars

My midwife said fruit teas are fine but stay away from relaxation teas. I lived on mint tea when I was dealing with morning sickness. Enjoy!
