Can You Have Your Period & Still Be Pregnant?

Is it possible to have your period and be pregnant? Me and my boyfriend had an incident about a month ago where the condom broke and without knowing he actually laid in me after letting off in me. I recently just had my period but I still can't explain the nausea , throwing up , cramping excessively and being so emotional all the time now.

You can have monthly bleeding that is mistaken for a period but if you're pregnant I don't think it can technically be considered a period. Anyway. My cousin had month bleeding up until she was 4 months pregnant. I would take a test and whatever the results, positive or negative, I'd make an appointment with your doctor.

Yes. I had my period when I was pregnant.. IF you get pregnant right before your period you may still have it because your body doesn't sense that you are pregnant.. I got pregnant January 29th 2013 I had my period February 5th-12th and than I missed it in march.. if you are unsure take a test and if it is positive or negative I would make an appointment to make sure.

Its breakthrough bleeding which can be normal. Period is the actual shedding of the endometrium lining.
