Cramping non stop

Please help, I have had a constant dull cramp in my pelvic area for about a week straight, also cm has been heavy since my O'Day. My bbs feel bigger and I get random bouts of nausea that only last for 20 minutes than is gone. I have no idea what is going on and when I google everything comes up as a "sign" but most of which I have never heard of. I'm still a week out from AF so it's still too early to test anyway. Just curious if it could be a symptom or my Google is playing mind tricks again lol
