13 year old pregnancy...

My 13 year old sister is pregnant. My parents want her to get an abortion because of how small she is, and the risk of having a baby at such a young age. I dont know what to tell her cause if she keeps the baby, my parents are giving her up to a foster home..... and she could die from having the baby. (Shes only like 4"10 and EXTREMLY skinny.)
