Dilated kidney

So today I had my ultrasound because last one I had the tech didn't get the images my doctor needed of my son. They found a dialated kidney which they said could be an indication of downs. I am so freaken scared right now idk what to do and idk how to feel. Has anyone had this told to them and had a normal baby boy?? Please let me know I am freaking out bad and I can't relax.
