Confused... Help 😥😥😥

I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months now. Since I've been trying my period has gotten very weird. My last period was March 27 and it ended around April 1 or 2. So a new month has came and I still haven't gotten my period. Does this mean I finally conceived???
