Help!!!! TMI- no picture.

I just woke up to red bleeding! :( I'm 5 weeks pregnant! Has anyone has this and everything been okay?! .... I'm devastated. :( it's not heavy.... Just when I wipe, but it is red :( what do I do?! I went for blood work yesterday to confirm pregnancy, waiting for results!

Help please!
