How long should I wait?

I found out I was pregnant on the 24th of April, lost the baby on May 2nd. I just stopped bleeding yesterday! I passed the baby on my own, I'm hoping to start trying as soon as possible but don't know how long I should wait!

Wait until you're mentally ready. I wasn't ready right away, but everyone heals at different times, so just make sure you don't start too soon for you. If you're not sure, give yourself a month, which also gives you time to have your first period after the miscarriage. Good luck ❤

Please go get checked out and make sure everything has completely passed. If you start trying & not completely cleaned out, it could harm the new baby trying to implant. Plus, you will need time to heal.
