I think im going though a miscarriage

So last night around 9ish i started spotting with really bad lower back pain. This morning i woke up fine until an hour later my lower back is still killing me, and im having cramps and it looks and feels as if AF is gunna stop by. Im only 3 weeks & 3 days & the only thing that i think is, i could be miscarrying. Please give me some answers im begging 💔
