Paragard and Menstrual Cup (femmycycle)
I just had paragard IUD put in approximately 2 weeks ago. I've been using a menstrual cup for over a year and since paragard causes heavy bleeding I really don't want to give it up! I've been using femmycycle which states that it's safe to use with a menstrual cup, however I'm having anxiety about the paragard being expelled.
Anyone have any thoughts or success stories of using a menstrual cup and an IUD simultaneously? Thanks!
