I had a dream reflux prior to pregnancy. It has only worsened with pregnancy. I was prescribed Protonix around 10-12 weeks. I am very short with a very tiny abdomen and the baby is taking up all of it. I'm 26 weeks now. Talk to your doctor at your next appointment.

I have it and it sucks!! If you're like me and want to avoid any extra meds watch what you eat. Avoid spicy things or anything you notice that triggers it. Eat slow and small meals!! Watching what I eat has helped greatly!!

Mine started months ago. Tums worked at first, but for about 4 weeks I've had it so bad it's been burning in my ears. After speaking with my OB I'm on Pepcid ac now. 28+1 btw.

Get some apple cider vinegar (with the mother, it should be in your local grocery organic section) and add a capful to a glass of water. It works better than any medicine and is safe and natural :-)

My doctor put me on prescription Pepcid at around 16 weeks. It was so bad I was vomiting acid and it burned horrendously. It helps a lot and is safe for baby. I would ask about it

I've just started at 24 weeks, I had a glass of milk and it helps when it's mild. With my last pregnancy, I had it quite bad until baby dropped. I think it's here to stay now, I'll cut back on strong tasting foods. It's completely normal & another reason I want the next 15 weeks to 🚀🚀🚀🚀
