12 weeks spotting

I am 12 weeks 4 days. Had an ultrasound on Wednesday and everything was great, baby was moving like crazy heartbeat was 161. Tech said everything looked great! Today I've been spotting lightly all morning, has anyone else had spotting and everything turned out to be okay? Probably won't see my doctor until Monday unless things get worse in which case I would go to emergency.
