Okay the nausea part of the symptoms are starting to kick in. Today I just felt exhausted and nauseated .. Don't want to even look or smell food at all. Plus got my first U/S today and heard the heart beat 120 bpm - doc said everything looked real good. Ugh! I feel sick .. Anyone starting to get nauseated around 7 weeks? Transvginal US..
