Diet changes for endo

Madison • 27 & Married. TTC#1 with Endo and PCOS
This whole TTC journey has been very stressful and overwhelming. And although I cringe every time someone tells me "not to think about it and it'll happen", I can't help but feel there's some validity to their words. 
After giving it a lot of thought, I feel the best way to take my mind off of it would be to concentrate my efforts on something else. Specifically working on myself. I want to start running again and training for half marathons again. I'd like to change my diet. 
I've heard that diet changes can help with endo symptoms.... Anyone have any good tips?
