Embarrassing Vaginal Issue

Okay so I got curious cause after I felt down there I felt something protruding from my vagina so I took a picture....my vagina looks muffed up I had my son two months ago I know it will take a while to go back to normal but it looks gross it looks like I have a penis head poking out or a developing penis poking out I feel like it's my vagina and should go back in but it doesn't. I'm extremely embassed I won't even let my significant other down there now. Is this normal at all?
