Antibiotics during pregnancy?

I am 4w3d, and I have a swollen lymph node in my throat caused most likely because of a sinus infection and drainage, I'm thinking the only thing I can do is go to the doctor and get an antibiotic, is that going to affect my very small, fragile baby?

Soooo many women get sinus infections at the beginning of pregnancy. I've even see. It listed as a beginning symptom. It surely is for me. The doctor will provide you a shot of rocephin if necessary and probably a z-pak (or Zithromax 500mg). My doc always prescribes hydrocodone as well but something about that sets me on edge so I never fill it although I've read it is safe as well. I asked the nurses, the doctor, and the pharmacist if my babies would be okay and they all said they took it while pregnant and it was completely safe. I hope this helps.
