Constipation cramping

Hi girls I'm 8weeks this week and had some bad constipation the last couple of days.managed to go to the toilet today but have had some cramping ever since.feels like I need to pass some really big wind (sorry tmi). Its in my lower back and tummy area, the pain goes when I kinda bend toward it if that makes sense,very bloated but my tummy is soft . No spotting etc.just really.hoping it's from constipation and nothing more sinister. Have any of you gotten cramps from constipation before...also I work on my feet all day and don't think that's helping the actual back pain either.any advice greatly appreciated xxxx
