Well I spoke too soon! I was up from 4-5:30 am! Ugh!!!

Thankfully my insomnia migrated over the past few weeks and now it just means that I wake up around 6-6:30 every morning. It was awful when it was 4-4:30 all the time! Hope it gets better!

I get that frequently, especially when I have to be at work by 7:30a!  Naps have been a lifesaver!
