Round ligament pain relief
What have you ladies found to relieve round ligament pain? I haven't had a lot of problems with it until today. We went to the lake today with friends and I think I overdid it :( I'm so sore down there now and need some relief. Will a good nights sleep help or will I still be sore tomorrow? This is painful! 😳
