Early labour 34+4 WEEKS

so ive already had 2 positive preterm labour tests and 2 shots of steroid injections and was admitted onto antinatal ward again yesterday due to more pains had a cervixal turns out im 2cm dilated and 1cm long and my cervix is open contractions started about 2-3 every 10 mins and now there about 5-6 every 10 mins showing on the ctg scanner so there is deffo something happening but im not sure what hate not knowing whats going on
