Managed miscarriage - medical or surgery???

I found out on Friday that my baby had stopped growing at 6wks +3. I should be 9wks. I was told about managed miscarriage. I dont want to wait for a natural miscarriage because I went through one at the beginning of the year and ended up really poorly. I had to have 2pints of blood, an operation and was iron tablets for a month. The other options I have is to have tablets or an operation. The tablet way is scaring me incase it ends up going the same way as last time. I don't really want to go for an operation but think this might be the best way for me. Can anyone help me make a decision? Thank you in advance x
