Adoption and Religious Discrimination

Cake • It's called the American dream because you have to be asleep to believe it.
Ive never wanted to get pregnant and have my own kid; I've always wanted to adopt one. I know it's illegal to discriminate, but I just feel that my being a Witch would make the entire process much more complicated - if not impossible - than it should be. By the time I'm financially stable enough to adopt, I'll have an alter room and will have pagan decorations here and there through out the house and even now I usually wear a pentacle necklace. So those visiting the home to check up on the child will see these things (though they won't be allowed IN the alter room).
I dunno. Has anyone else gone through the process successfully?? Should I have a lawyer under my belt before I even begin?
