I am positive for "FFN" fetal fiberonectin. It's a condition where the "glue" that keeps your cervix canal close opens either a lot or a little meaning you are dilated and may be ready to give birth preterm. I'm 27 wks and 1 day (7mos) 

It was a very scary thought, maybe because my doctor was a resident and he didn't sound to confident. So he put fear in me. But when he called me Friday night after seeing him I went straight to my hospital and thankfully my doctor was there and saw me and check me and although yes, I do have FFN (sounds like a scary disease) I'm am okay, I was put on my first dose of steroids  yesterday and I go for my last today, the steroids (not the one body builders use, lol) to help with Kaitlin's lungs develop, no it will not affect her if she were to be born on term. So that's was a plus something the resident doctor did not tell me. 

Overall, my doctor does not see my giving birth anytime soon, there was one contraction but it lasted for 4sec contraction, which is not long enough to raise concern. So overall, Although it tested positive majority of women end up giving birth at term. So praying I make it to two weeks after this last dose. 

I  however, can not have sex with my hubby, no stimulation down under at all. Until doctor give the 👍🏽. And I need to stay relax, so staying away from stressful people (my mother) and trying to avoid stressful situation, not sure how that will work I am in my last year of pharmacy. It's getting a little stressful. Lol 

But I just ask that you ladies keep us in your thoughts and prayers. That Kaitlin stays in longerZ for my and daddy sake. 😌
