How many weeks is 8 months?

I'm due July 24 how many months would that make me be? My doctor says 30 weeks is the third trimester and my specialist says 28 weeks is the third trimester so idk who to go by but what I was really wanting to know when I'll be 8 months I'm at risk for delivering early bc there's extra fluid in my baby girls sac and supposedly there's a way better chance of her making it if it after 8 months
