Yeast infection or UTI?

Has anybody ever had a yeast infection or a UTI while pregnant? If so how do you tell the difference, and what do you do for it?

I had both. I know the symptoms of a yeast infection so before it got worse I called my doctor. I just had discharge and that didn't smell right. Also ended up having bv. For my uti I didn't have pain I was just peeing a lot.

There's a huge difference for me anyway. When I got a yeast infection I would be so itchy and swollen down there. There would also be a cottage cheese like discharge. And it just looked all funky. When I had my uti it hurt to pee and i would have to pee a lot. I also had cloudy urine. I think you'll know when you have either.

I've had uti's before pregnancy and I would know because it would feel like I constantly needed to use the bathroom, it would burn when I peed and there was also blood in my urine. I needed prescriptions for that and also took cranberry tablets.
I had a yeast infection first trimester that started with an uncomfortable feeling in my vagina, by the end of the day it was an itchy feeling with cottage cheese like discharge. For that I used monistat.
