Light spotting at 21 weeks????

I am 21 weeks today and just wiped and had spotting on tissue..... Should I be conserved? I am not really having any cramping ..... I have had a headache all day but other than that nothing.....

Have you recently had sex or an exam?  Has it happened since? It's it's very light pink with no cramping or anything it seems pretty normal. I had it once or twice and Dr said if it didn't increase or have any cramping not to be worried, just keep an eye on it

It could be a bacterial infection. I have had one which was accompanied with spotting. It wouldn't hurt to go in and make sure everything is fine, that is what our Doctors are for :)
