Nobody knows..

I had a miscarriage at 15 years old back in July 2014 and nothing on earth could have prepared me for it.  People may look down on me because I was/am so young(16 now), but I am still a mother and today is such a hard day because it's Mother's Day and nobody but my boyfriend knows about the miscarriage.  My parents are both very strict and I've never been able to tell them anything about the situation..however in times like this, I would like them to be aware..however, I don't know if it would just create an awkward relationship between my parents and I..do I tell(if so, how?) or do I just keep the secret?
