Anyone Pregnant with Type 1 Diabetes?!

Question

I am a type 1 diabetic. Have been for 11 years now. I'm on an insulin pump and recently found out I am pregnant. I was wondering if anyone else is also diabetic and how they handled their pregnancy. I'm terrified of another miscarriage being that I am high risk.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and ive had type 1 for 17 years. The first one was rough cause I had no clue what to expect. My daughter is now almost 4, 2nd was a very early miscarriage and just found out about #3 saturday. Take care of your diabetes to a t and it will be fine. Just get ready for more drs appointments then someone who is not high risk. Prayers for a healthy pregnancy!

I don't have it, but my mom does. She had a very healthy pregnancy and it was before they even had the insulin pumps. I'm wishing you the best :)
