I'm 39+4 days and had pains all night and lost this ... Opinions?

Pains woke me up from 3am Til 8am now have stopped but just lost this?! What's happening?

See if those pains start coming in regular intervals. I'd say you're going to have a baby soon! : )   My labor woke me up at 2am, but for a while I didn't know it was labor. The first few pains just really felt like pressure like I needed to poop but couldn't. Then it felt like menstrual cramps for a while and eventually I realized they were coming 6 minutes apart...
