First doctors visit at 6 weeks.

Can anyone tell me what to expect? The lady that booked my appointment thinks I am 9 or 10 weeks along, but I actually ovulated weeks after my last period was late so I should only be about 6 weeks. Will I get an ultrasound? Will I be able to see my baby at all or is it still too tiny?
