I just kind of get them randomly at any given time.

Both but sometimes, it's impossible for me to figure out what triggered it.

Both. My mind has a bad habit of obsessing over things that are both real and not. Most of my attacks though are about how I am told I shouldn't be mad, upset, or have any "negative" emotion because I am "always so happy!" Uh no that is something I do so people stop complaining I am moody.

Hello my name is Lindsey normally I don't talk about my mental illness because I think to much on it, I have been hospitalized lots for it in January I was diagnosed with onset postpartum depression I had my kids 3 and almost 4 years ago they only said I have a Panic and Anxiety disorder and PTSD and Psycosis and Possibility of Borderline personality disorder. I take Zoloft for it.
