Hormones???

Question

I am 32 weeks and recently have started feeling like I'm in my first trimester again--more morning sickness, terrible acne, and awful mood swings...is this normal?? It's driving me nuts!

I was only nauseous briefly in the 1st (couple weeks) and now it's back full force. My appetite is wild but I can't handle very much food at all and between the nausea/heartburn trying to actually consume anything is just hell. Plus the headaches are real wicked again (not that those ever fully stopped). Managing stuff now is less miserable than in the beginning because it's not brand new BUT holy lord it's still rough, plus aches and pains from big baby. So close to done, soo close!

My doctor told me it was but I have had all of them my whole pregnancy except for the acne part I don't ever get it.
