Pregnant, Allergies and can't take medicine! HELP!

Anyone have any suggestions for me? I have HORRIBLE allergies. Usually I take Zyrtec and it causes birth defects or miscarriage if taken while pregnant so that's obviously not happening. I also usually take an inhaler if it gets bad but I'm just not willing to chance it (I don't feel like I need it since I don't have asthma attacks or anything). So I have been trying tea with honey twice a day, vitamin c cough drops and water all day. Nothing is making my cough,postnatal drip, and sneezing go away. The pollen is terrible in upstate NY and we have closed windows and turned on AC. AGAIN, this hasn't helped much. Any other suggestions??? Thank you.
