Up late with sick hubby

:( I can handle colds and flus but when it comes to stomach bugs im a huge baby and can't handle it! Whatsoever! I'm laying in bed with my husband throwing up in the bathroom and in thinking to myself to just get in the car and go somewhere else to stay the night till he's better.... I know I should be supportive but I can't stay calm and work myself up to where my heart palpatates. :/ idk what to do
