Support belts
I am 13w and my physical therapist gave me a belly support belt. I put it on like she did and now I am so uncomfortable. I feel like my baby and guts are squished. I dont even want to eat. Has anyone else worn one? Are they always so uncomfortable? Am I wearing it wrong?
