If your talking about preggy pops there not Popsicles there lollipops or lozenges the regular ones are just like dumdums just suckers to keep your blood sugar up but if you get the preggy pop plus or B natal them have added b6ehoch does help with nausea

I haven't seem actual Popsicles but have the preggi-pop drops which are candies with added vitamin b6. They don't completely get rid of nausea but definitely help some

I have a tin and they have worked, but after I finish the tin I'm just going to get some good quality lemon drops and reuse the tin. That's all they really are.
