Why am I nervous about this?
3 women i know who are between 21-26 weeks are all dealing with cervical incompetence and are on bed rest. My cervix hasn't been measured yet, but will be at my next appt on the 19th. I'm worried what if it's short and I've been out and about doing tons of walking? I live in NYC.
Anyone know much about this? Should I try to check my own cervix? Id have no clue what would feel right.
